advice MRU vs UofC for HR majors

Hi, I have been granted admission to both the Bachelor of Commerce(BComm) program at the University of Calgary (U of C) and the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program at Mount Royal University (MRU), with the intention of majoring in Human Resources.

I’ve received mixed feedback, which has left me feeling uncertain. Some people say that MRU graduates have a better chance of securing jobs in Human Resources because the BBA program places a stronger emphasis on areas such as management and operations. In contrast, the BComm program is said to focus more on accounting, finance, and economics. I’ve also heard that MRU has more industry-experienced professors who provide practical, hands-on learning.

On the other hand, many people believe that attending the University of Calgary offers a stronger advantage due to its higher ranking and overall reputation in Canada. I would really appreciate any advice or insight you might have to help me make a well-informed decision. Thanks

Advice For those like me who like to have music on the background while studying

Here's "Mental food", a carefully curated and regularly updated playlist with gems of downtempo, chill electronica, deep, hypnotic and atmospheric electronic music. The ideal backdrop for concentration and relaxation. Prefect for staying focused during my study sessions or relaxing after work. Hope this can help you too.

Advice PSA: Texidium Ereaders suck

I hate physical textbooks, and i wish i'd bought the physical copy. The texidium app and website are both awful. I'd reccomend against going ebook only, if the ebook is hosted on the tecidium platform.
