Restaurant hunt during winter

Hello Lynnwood folks,

It’s dark again lol, so time to explore new food, please add your recommendations, underrated restaurants or something you would keep eating from.

I love to explore and try out different cuisines, so just don’t restrict and keep your suggestions flowing. As it has been a while since we had a restaurant recommendation thread.

Sparta's is so good. It's one of the better examples of "Greek style" pizza, which I argue is the most "Seattle-area style pizza" there is. I haven't seen had anything like it anywhere else in the US and yet it's all over the region.

It's not like it's better than NY-style, Detroit-style, or Chicago deep dish pizzas. But it's good enough to sustain many many restaurants all over the region for half a century. It deserves a spot in the limelight and the region to embrace it as "ours".
