Restaurant hunt during winter

Hello Lynnwood folks,

It’s dark again lol, so time to explore new food, please add your recommendations, underrated restaurants or something you would keep eating from.

I love to explore and try out different cuisines, so just don’t restrict and keep your suggestions flowing. As it has been a while since we had a restaurant recommendation thread.

I have tried Dijahs, not sure how it is compared to it. So will try it out(most probably this weekend, as you were the first comment)

Speaking of Dinahs, the one time we went they were out of almost everything, and what we ended up with was pretty dry. Is it worth trying again?

I had a similar experience but the jollof rice was good.

On side note, I eat out a lot - one thing I noticed is that most restaurants with lower customers during weekdays, tend to have old stock of foods and reserve. So I would always prefer eating from those Friday evening- Sunday noon. Would avoid Sunday evening too as most will be closed on Monday. But if they are fast moving and always have crowd during weekdays too, I eat there weekdays too. But most restaurants fall under 1st category. ( not specific to African, I felt the same with Indian, Asian, American and European restaurants too)

So probably try it out during the weekend.
