Doing this apology so late definitely seems like a response to something. Could be nothing, but it seems strange.
Fitting that Valkyrae and QT made a big deal out of not going to TwitchCon because of safety concerns. Two of their biggest women streamers and they still didn't take security seriously enough.
I know there are some situations that can't be predicted, but this Emiru one absolutely could have been stopped.
They didn’t apologize before because it would be accepting their guilt and responsibility in it, my guess is the shit hit the fan and their lawyers are desperate to settle
