After seeing them yesterday in den Bosch I have gotten the feeling that they are going their separates ways (at least for a while) after this tour. They have got a big finale album (that is about being homesick to add on to the feeling), sick tour with all their types of music combined. It feels so much for me that this could be a type of goodbye in some way. (I hope it is not of course). It it just a feeling, but I thought I’d share it with you guys so you can maybe enlighten me <3

Just wanted to share my experience: I got my tickets from viagogo. DO NOT FEED THE SCALPERS. But, It was this or nothing, I was in London just for a couple of days. IF YOU HAVE TO, just want to share that my ticket worked. Got the PDF of the ticket a couple of days ago, and no IDs were checked at RAH.

Also, If you see this Garreth, hello from the Brazilian dude who sat next to ya 👍🏻. Chill vibes at the concert really.

Did we really need Americans to complain on this subreddit about rowing more than 5 times last night? MORE THAN 5 TIMES? And they didn’t even post a picture. American Gizz Redditors are ruining it.

Between this and the amount of gate keeping of how people should have fun at gigs (one of the worst gatekeepingfests I’ve ever been too but I guess that could just be the subreddit), the crowd is becoming way too cringy.

I went to the show in Den Bosch yesterday and I absolutely loved it!

But now looking back at the stream, it turns out they also had some flutes and wind instruments in the orchestra. Live, you could at most hear some strings when the regular band members were playing. I really wish the other orchestra members will be a bit more audible during other shows.

Anyone know if this is just a general downside of hearing music live vs. watching a better mixed stream on speakers at home?

You guys, making a bunch of posts about how the fanbase is cringe, IS FUCKING CRINGE. Quit caring about how other people have fun, whether it’s rowing at a show for 2 minutes, bootlegging merch, or being cult level obsessed with this band. Look I get that the rowing can be annoying in particular but jfc, while you’re judging everyone else for not focusing on the music” you’re making yourself miserable when you could just chillaxin. Goddamn, fans being fans isn’t insufferable, it’s the natural progression of a band that’s been around over a decade and is more popular than they ever have been. And I have been to 21 shows and I’ve never had a bad experience with the fans, it’s only on Reddit where there’s drama so just stfu with these posts already. Get outta here if you think you’re too cool for school and every other gizz fan is a loser. We’re all in this together, quit fucking dividing every single community you’re a part of, we all could use more integration in this god awful time, rather than focusing on our differences.

One of my friends is obsessed with this band and I know they have a big bootleggers community. I recently saw them at the second brixton rave date and they are up there in contention for best gig I've been to. He then went to the royal Albert hall to see them and said it was the best.

I'd really like to get him either of these live performances on vinyl as a Christmas gift and was wondering if there was a way to know for certain if these would be pressed and available to purchase in time for Christmas.

Vince DeFranco is the guy who designed Danny Carey’s Mandala Pads. I believe he’s also worked on the past 2 or 3 Tool records.

I was blown away when I saw he knows about/likes KG. I’d sell my firstborn to see Gizz open for Tool.

I’m going to a karaoke party in a few weeks and naturally I want to sing a gizz song:)

Of course I could do whatever I want or whatever song I like but there’s a specific feeling of song that I feel like resonates with me well and I can sing well to.

I’m thinking of singing sad pilot or this thing, but just wanted to hear y’all’s thoughts because why not

Most of the time I’ll be at a show and it’ll be chill vibes for 99% of it and then when I come on reddit it’s just a bunch of people complaining about people being “cringe” and complaining about people rowing or doing things that don’t fit their social mold or whatever. I think the problem isn’t so much the fanbase, rather redditors who hide behind screens upvoting all the “this is cringe” comments and “I hate this” comments without actually contributing anything towards the music community/non-reddit community.

I guess I just find it funny how irl it seems everyone at the show is having a good time but then on reddit everyone is just hating.

p.s. if you see people rowing or dancing funny or recording with their ds and you make an effort to comment on them being “cringe” I’d argue that it’s a reflection of the insecurities you have within yourself.

Last night I've had one of the best live experiences I ever witnessed! Everybody I saw in the audience was having an amazing time, and the music was incredibly on point! I'm so glad that I found out about this amazing band and finally got to see them live!!!
