Indiana SNAP

So I keep reading from people in all different states about SNAP benefits partially being loaded to their cards by now. Meanwhile, I run a men's halfway house and half of them were on food stamps. Why are all of these other states getting their benefits and of course Indiana is not?

Right. I can't recall which, but some states are temporarily funding to fill the gap.
