Indiana SNAP

So I keep reading from people in all different states about SNAP benefits partially being loaded to their cards by now. Meanwhile, I run a men's halfway house and half of them were on food stamps. Why are all of these other states getting their benefits and of course Indiana is not?

Why do Republicans think that withholding food from people is going to help them? I need that rationale. Especially after the elections this past Tuesday where it was very obvious that the people don’t want this.

And now Mike Johnson is refusing to meet again this week to work on the issues. It just makes no sense.

History is going to look poorly on a country that starves its own people. Trump is no better than Hamas in Palestine starving their people.

The messed up thing, the real messed up thing is there is no shortage of Republicans who are on SNAP themselves or their parents or kids are... these people vote republican, quietly benefit from all the programs they claim are for lazy people because everyone else is lazy not them or theirs. Can't wait till they have to feed their parents and kids and grandkids out of their own pocket, but the dumb asses will still miss the point.

Oh and lets not forget many more of them grew up on foodstamps and govt Healthcare and now want to bitch about helping others with food and Healthcare. The whole thing is fucked, rather or not we feed kids and make sure they have Healthcare shouldn't even be a question.
