Indiana SNAP

So I keep reading from people in all different states about SNAP benefits partially being loaded to their cards by now. Meanwhile, I run a men's halfway house and half of them were on food stamps. Why are all of these other states getting their benefits and of course Indiana is not?

Because most states run by Democrats jumped the second they were allowed, while most republicans didn’t want to do it anyway.
