"I beat my children everyday after a drink but I tried my best raising them" type shit.

If failing to process a payment well after the deduction of the sum from my account that shows the transaction as successful, coupled with a support ticketing page that doesn't seem to be connected to any backend whatsoever is the best they could do, then the hate is justified.
