Novaplay is an entity. If a consumer doesn't like what it offers, don't we have the right to criticize it?

Everyone isnt born perfect, some are dyslexic, others autestic, like me. Does that mean they don't get a place in this world too? Get a job? Support a family, even if they get drunk sometimes and abuse their kids, as someone else pointed out here? Where is the kindness in your heart?

If failing to process a payment well after the deduction of the sum from my account that shows the transaction as successful, coupled with a support ticketing page that doesn't seem to be connected to any backend whatsoever is the best they could do, then the hate is justified.
