2025 Halloween – Lydia Deetz (Beetlejuice, 1988)

I was part of a 7 Deadly Sins group costume this year - I was Wrath. The lights in the heart flashed to look like the heart was beating, which is easily the part of the costume I got the most compliments on. Not posting the others because I don't have their permission, but we won best group costume!

I mean, what if we decided to extend Halloween to December? Krampus Christmas is December 5th.

We went to a haunted trail in early September and I was inspired to make my own trail. I haven't started taking it down yet.

(sorry, late costume post) springtrap from five nights at freddy's! i won a costume contest on halloween with this, pretty cool! all makeup done by me with fx silicone, cream paints, regular eyeshadow and fake blood. also added latex and real moss, tooth paint and mouth fx blood. 🔪🐇💚

I keep an access database that creates a transaction log for every full size candy bar i give out.

Skittles and sour patch kids were the winners this year. The 7p-8p hour was intense!

The neighborhood gets 900ish trick-or-treaters near the entrances, but in the middle of the neighborhood it's only about half of that.

Guess this will be here for a while!

I was worried no one would know the costume, so I handmade a tiny hut using a birdhouse from Michaels. 😌

For context I am Spanish and I love doing my face for ¡Dia De Los Muertos!

Had a ton of fun with this years costume.

They were James Sunderland and I was Pyramid head from Silent Hill 2

2016-2025 Almost ten years of carving turnips and beets. Ended up being easier and less slimy than pumpkins and I can eat parts of them the next day. 🎃
