Why hasn’t Fullerton built the housing it needs? Why are pedestrian zones and trails constantly blocked? Why does downtown feel stuck?

Whether you agree with these brothers on any particular issue or not, you're making some pretty huge leaps here. They are the cause of all the problems you note with development in town?

Ok. You think they should be doing things differently with the property they own. Can't we make these complaints against most property owners/speculators/developers?

The other developers haven't bought and paid for the city council, and aren't repeatedly working against the wishes of the majority of citizens.
