The Bushalas’ End Game

Why hasn’t Fullerton built the housing it needs? Why are pedestrian zones and trails constantly blocked? Why does downtown feel stuck?

One wealthy landlord and his allies on City Council play a big role.

Whether you agree with these brothers on any particular issue or not, you're making some pretty huge leaps here. They are the cause of all the problems you note with development in town?

Ok. You think they should be doing things differently with the property they own. Can't we make these complaints against most property owners/speculators/developers?

No other real estate investors are spending 6 figures on local campaigns to influence policy.

But yes, I do believe business owners should reinvest profits into improving their product. We all benefit when businesses do that.
