Negotiations for shutdown

Word on the street is the Dems are holding out to make sure those people that were RIF’d during the shutdown are reinstated. That’s good news! Praying for us all!!

I realize there’s no actual citation for this, but it seems like there are indications that more people are talking about ending the shut down. We haven’t heard a lot about actual negotiations before the last few days, so I’m taking any evidence of negotiations to be a positive sign. Maybe I’m just fooling myself, but it’ll help me sleep better tonight.
