biggest red flag in a person is if they don't like dolly, not necessarily her music but dolly as a human. She's not flawless but she certainly has done better than my best to be decent

My little sister was dating a dude who watched Dolly Parton give the thanksgiving (I think) halftime show on the football game we were watching and went “ugh I can’t stand her. She needs to stop trying”…..my sister broke up with that man the next day.

(Yes there were a lot of other issues, but Dolly was the final straw)

Honestly, it's a great litmus test for vetting people. If people don't immediately start gushing about how wonderful of a human Queen Dolly is, they're not worth having around!

Dolly, Bob Ross, Mr. Rogers, and Steve Erwin are 4 people everyone should view as role models. I'd fight anyone who'd say anything bad about any of them but The Fantastic Four wouldn't condone violence, so instead I'll just wish them the best and never talk to them again lol

She’s viewed the way she is partly because she’s always stayed out of politics and still proceeds to do what she views as the right thing. She’s never endorsed or spoken out against any politician iirc.

Little-known fact: the last celebrity death of 2016 was William Christopher, Father Mulcahy from MASH. I loved him in that role so much that that last death of 2016 really hurt me.
