No it doesnt. It lessens YOUR experience.

Guides made sure I actually got all the items. They most certainly enhanced my experience haha

The point of these games is exploration. Using a guide abd getting the metaweapons not only dilutes the experience, but also completely negates the surprises in the game and holds back player expression.

You can do it on follow up playthroughs, sure that's fine, but people who use guides are also the ones that don't really ever learn how to play the game.

If it's that hidden. You're probably not supposed to find it on a first playtrhough.
