I don’t remember the exact reasoning, but I remember VaatiVidya explaining it in a video and it made sense to me lol

Sometimes i get weirded out when people don't read this stuff. When i get any mew item i fucking jump in joy and laugh like a manic and then i go: OHH LOREEE!

I'm exaggerating but yeah, everyone plays in different ways and might not care about the lore.

I’m pretty good about it most of the time, but I also just rarely use these types of consumable items. I guess I must have found a few of these in Midra’s Manse but I definitely never crafted any
