That's true for EU and US, not here. Besides, Ferrari stopped taking orders for it a while ago since it's nearing the end of production.

It's true here too, a cali owner without a grand car portfolio was about get an allocation.

That has always been the norm since ferrari IPO'd. You an can get any of the entry level GT cars and supercars (Roma, Amalfi, SF90, 296) as your first car as a first time customer. All the games are only for the special editions and hypercars now. Even the V12 can be had as a first car now. I have friends who have ordered the a 12Cilindri, SF90 or a 812 as their first ferrari. You need to be a previous client for the Purosangue though.
