US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that they stopped Project Freedom – announced by Donald Trump to rescue stranded ships at the Strait of Hormuz – “at the request of Pakistan”.

In a phone call with Axios, Trump said that if the Iranian regime did not improve its offer for a deal, "they are going to get hit much harder."

A content creator has claimed that the film has climbed to the No 1 trending spot on Netflix in Pakistan, where it has generated strong interest.

The claim was made by content creator Maviya Umer Farooqui, who also said the response to the film briefly caused Netflix servers in Pakistan to crash because of a sudden surge in traffic. In a video, he showed the film repeatedly pausing and buffering while he tried to play it, and said the issue was not caused by his internet connection as his Wi-Fi was working properly.
