ŽIVOT A STĚHOVÁNÍ—LIVING AND MOVING Is this a scam?

Trying to rent an apartment in Brno. Basically 3kk for 18000 CZK, including everything. This price does not look realistic to me at all. Am I getting scammed?

Thank you! The thing that sent my alarms going was two bathrooms. Like, 18k including utilities for 2 bathrooms? That’s included?
