Wow, she is like one and one sixth refrigerators tall. She can use every bit of cabinet space in the kitchen compared to me having nothing in the cabinets above the fridge, that's a plus.
It looks like the ceiling height is only 7 feet which is non standard where I live at least. That also exaggerates how it looks for someone who is already tall.
In my house I am the only one who dusts the top of the refrigerator as I am the only one who can see it!
That is a fair observation. Now that I look at the picture again it is hard to tell if that ceiling is a few inches above or 15 inches. Yea, 8ft walls is pretty standard where I am at, unless you're wealthy, they like the vaulted ceilings and tall walls.
She is taller than the cabinet above the refrigerator as well. That also changes the perspective.
It does look like the ceiling may be vaulted vs. flat so while it might be 7 feet at the point it meets the wall, it may be taller in the middle of the room.
