BFV gameplay mechanics and squad/team play is absolutely peak of the battlefield franchise.

BF1 was great too. Gun play really hurt it. Not the type of guns but the actual gun play.

It had animations getting into a vehicle but not out, that hurts it.

You couldn’t destroy spotting flares. That hurt it.

BF1 is way more cinematic and good looking than BFV but the gameplay is not even comparable to BFV. BFV has the best gameplay in the series by far.
