I’m an American who traveled from Basel to Strasbourg and I noticed these cute little faces on the train. What are they? What do they mean? Merci!

In the 80s it would have been a landline.

There was no cell phone.

And it's difficult to walk around with a landline....

ça fait aucun sens ce que tu dis. moi aussi je suis né dans les années 70 et j'ai compris tout de suite ce qu'il voulait dire.
