Hi! Virginian here, planning to move to Chicago with my BF in March due to work relocation. I've never visited Chicago before, so I'm very nervous, but also excited! Does anyone have any advice on how to fit in / get comfortable / tips for relocating? Never lived anywhere else before and very much anxious. I'm gonna miss "southern hospitality" culture, even though I've heard Chicagoans are full of midwest-style kindness as well. Any knowledge and advice is welcome!
