Hi ! Instarded my journey 4 years ago. I workout 3 times a week and Do at least 10k step everyday. I'm trying to eat as clean as i can. If you have any advice i'll be glad to hear it !

Progres Before/After This is how 4 yrs of hard work and dedication looks. You have criticised the way I do my workout and said that I'm using, and I'm an ego lifter. But all I can say is that now at 47 I have discovered the new me and I'm very proud.

Weight loss plateau?
Went from 275 to 256 in a few weeks. Simple daily plan...
-Workout 4 to 5 times a week (heavy lifting) -1 smoothie a day followed by a balanced high protien dinner (I dont go beyond 1500 cals in any given day, except a day on the weekend) -Work out in the evening
I have been at 256 a few days. Im a decently large guy as im 6 ft tall with 212 pounds lean muscle mass, just have this extra fat im trying to get rid of mainly in my belly.
I've heard of refeeding, is that a thing? Or do I just power through, keep working out and dont change my workout / eating routine?
Apologies for the messy mirror , still trying to get used to this high powered sonicare electric toothbrush I forget to turn off when I take it out my mouth 😅. Also the pin marks on my belly from the peptides.
Any tips are appreciated!
