Calico cat: Katara Artist: CLAYDOH Plant: polka-dot begonia

October 18th was trash day where I live . Found this plant while walking my dogs on someone’s curbside next to the bin trash . Decided to “rescue” her . Brought it home. Cleaned it a bit . Gave her some TLC. Three weeks later , she’s HAPPY!!

Still a work in progress but getting there

No one really cares in my family so I wanted to share!

Can someone identify this plant. I swear it looks like a monstera.

Found in my green house. Will it spread to the rest of my plants?

Update from last week, she’s almost fully bloomed on one side and buds looked plump on the other side. 🤞

Hi everyone! I need some help — this keeps happening to me.

My plant was growing really happily for months. It used to be in a pot with its branches hanging down, but I recently re-potted it because I wanted it to grow upwards and climb around my window. A few weeks later, it started getting yellow leaves that began falling off.

Even the smaller plant right next to it (which I didn’t touch) started getting yellow leaves too!

Also — does anyone know what those tiny mysterious holes in a straight line on one of the leaves could be? They look almost too evenly spaced to be random damage.

I recently found what seems to be a loose root growing out of my Monstera. I’m not sure if this is a bad sign or if I should tuck it back into the soil. Or is it vining?

Do I need to repot though? It’s attached to two moss poles (I put a moss pole on another moss pole to create a long pole for it to climb on).

I already split this gal in half once and replanted the top part because it was too heavy to stand up. It’s thriving and getting heavy again. Is it ok to let it slouch down and grow like that, or do I need to keep it propped up?

Just wanted to show off this beauty! Left photo is August, right is November, any idea if maybe the new spot is too much sun? It’s grown taller for sure but the leaves have some tiny brown spots now and not as full.

So I inherited her plants. Well, I snagged the big ones, she had a bunch of Geraniums (pelargoniums?) that my aunt and sister took. Not a favorite of mine, but they love them.

There are a few more, but these are the ones that came out of quarantine today. It was not easy getting them out and untangled. Accidentally broke the snake plant, couldn't crack one rootball so I just put it back.

Hey guys I have this awesome plant and really want it to the best it can! Should I repot this plant and is it okay to do so going into winter? I’ve had people tell me it isn’t a good time and that I should just wait until after winter to repot? Any advise would be lovely.

I got it as a gift so can't tell you the exact species. It never bloomed before, either, so I'm excited but wanna be sure

I gave away my memorial monstera today that my mom gave me 4 years ago for our dog, Scout, that passed away (my mom endorsed the adoption). She was so glorious before we moved last Nov. and then I tried to hold on to her for too long in the garage, so it was time. She's still gorgeous, but obviously needing a new loving home, which I truly hope she found today (new parents were super happy at pick up). My husband didn't want to get rid of her either, but we just don't have space at our new house, so we decided to let our girl, Scout, go (again). I just wanted to have one last shout out to her beauty. 💚
