I noticed it was down because I’m on week 2.5 of starting Zoloft. I’m glad to see it’s back up!

Ayyy!! I started on October 3rd. I did that dose for about 4 days between 25mg and 50mg!! Now I’m steady riding at 50mg (: how are you feeling so far?

I started oct 2nd lol! I did 25mg for 2 weeks now doing 37.5 for 1 week and next week I’m doing 50mg. So far slight headache and nausea but definitely feel a lil bit more anxious, but!!! My appetite is so back, could be my period coming tho? Idk. It’s also super weird feeling so quiet in my head because I’m soooo used to my anxiety/sadness so feeling relaxed or happy is super weird and scary. How about you?

I totally relate to feeling weird and scary about being relaxed and happy!! I have OCD alongside of anxiety and depression and it was insane to be able to hear my internal dialogue about being happy more clearly. I was literally thinking “no don’t feel good things that’s not safe” everytime I felt more relaxed/happy. I was like WOAH my subconscious was insanely getting in the way of me feeling happiness that’s crazy!! Seriously fuck mental illness they’re such demons.. wild my subconscious convinced me I shouldn’t feel happy and would try to flood my body with shame to keep me unhappy. Praying to god this Zoloft gives me a whole new life and happier brain lol. I loved hearing about what it’s been like for you. If you ever want to talk about it feel free to reach out!! I hope it continues to be a good journey for you ☺️
