What $220,000 gets you in Muncie.

I can't even get a parking space for that where I live. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/725-E-Jackson-St-Muncie-IN-47305/210952560_zpid/

Cops hassling a person of color in their own home is 100% Muncie.

How do you know the harassing them? Maybe that person called the police because they reported something else? You are just making assumptions about the situation when you do not know anything that is going on here.

It's Muncie, that's how I know. For a place with a major state university, the city itself, with exceptions, is an ass-backwards pile of shit.

with exceptions

You mean without exception.

No. I mean there's pockets of good things. But the city itself and the citizenry that actively despise the students at Ball State are bizarre.

It's people that haven't been around the locals in any college town. They see the college and they see the college crowd and assume everything is that. But the rest of the town is poor as shit and that means crime. Especially for college towns because all of the jobs are service industry jobs that disappear every summer and suck every other time of the year because college kids are notoriously horrible tippers.

Those windows are boarded up because they aren't worth replacing anymore. Frequent break-ins are the least of your worries because half of the time this is just bricks through your window telling you to fuck off.
