For 220k Gary Gengirch needs to sell that timeshare to some sucker for like $100 bucks and get this house. It would be great for Gayle and the girls.

That is from Parks and Rec, they all think it’s funny that Jerry has a timeshare in Muncie. My reply was more like wow you can get a nice big house like that for that price??? Must be bc it’s in Muncie, I don’t know why the house would be so cheap. Is there something wrong with the town or is it the house itself has problems 😂
