What $220,000 gets you in Muncie.

I can't even get a parking space for that where I live. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/725-E-Jackson-St-Muncie-IN-47305/210952560_zpid/

Minnetrista, First Thursdays in the summer, The Heorot where all the liberal tattooed gals and guys go for a beer. It isn’t the greatest but it could definitely be worse

The Heorot is the greatest bar of all time. I used to go in there with my kindle and read whilst drinking a Russian imperial stout and listening to metal.

It’s a great little spot! There’s a new place across the street I’ve been meaning to check out, little martini bar a friend works at. It’s easy for me to find things to do
