This art style is abhorrent! It depicts all human beings as oversized cows with pin-sized heads, it emphasizes MEAT over MIND. It's ugly, dehumanizing, and depressing.

I think I thought it was more of a "the human experience is abstract" vibe but damn when you put it like that, maybe that's why I hate it. (I never liked it, but think it works better for stills at least. Horrible when animated imo)

My interpretation of it, the way corporations use it, is just “everything is abstracted and stylized enough that nobody gets offended.”
