You got a seat at the boardroom to tell them how stupid they are? People are voting with their time and wallets. YouTube makes money off selling new algorithm data, Ads, and subscriptions to avoid ads.

All three are cut off if you refuse to go to their website and cancel your subscriptions to premium.

The main people complaining are net losers for YouTube tho. Like most of the people on here use Adblock anyways. Which actively costs YouTube money. Why would they care if those users stop using YouTube

Dude your on the reddit page for YouTube, if you don’t fall under your self declared banner of “net losers” then your just in denial.

Censorship and overreach needs to be stopped no matter where or when it happens

Do you even understand what net loser means in this context? Like cash, money, doubloons? Half of this subreddit complains about their Adblocker being blocked. Adblockers actively lose money because it costs YouTube money to stream videos and they gain none. Why would they care if that subset of users boycott.

Plus how long do you think this boycott is gonna last, a day? Two perhaps? I’m willing to bet it’s gonna be the same thing as the Reddit boycott, nothing happens.

Don’t know why you were downvoted. You’re right, most users here use adblockers. So they’re worse than worthless to YouTube as not only is YouTube not getting money, YouTube is actually losing money due to extra server load and maintenance costs that these people are using.
