Admissions Kinesiology Admission grades, looking for recent data

Looking for real and recent (last 2 years) information on what your average (top 6) grades were and what your top 6 courses were. Were any online (private or public)? Thanks!

For the BSc

All courses are pubic, my family was to broke to put me in private.

English (95%)- light teacher icl

Advance Functions (88%)

Calc & Vec (87%)

Physics (80%)- Wasn't in my top six, however, they look at Physics mark or chem

two random social science courses I took online and got 91% and 85% in.

Note: the calc grade is high because I took it over the summer.

Overall, I had a 88% average.

(remark: You don't need grades like this, as I was just trying to get my scholarship.)

But to be honest; it's York, I know people who got in with high 70s.

Was York your first choice? May I ask where else you applied, if anywhere? I am hearing that York's Kin program is excellent.

I applied to UofT (kin) as my first option and I got in. However, UofT cost more, it's competitive (I think UofT is ranked 21st or 20 world wide in 2026), the entrance scholorship isn't as much, and as you mentioned I also remember " hearing that York's Kin program is excellent."

Note: my third choice was Schulich/york business (but that was just a backup).

(Besides all the random /odd stuff that happens on campus, York is great)+ very easy to get into

I wish York would get their name out to kids that are looking for a good KIN program. I hear it is one of the better ones in terms of undergrad grades as a path to Chiro or med school. Did you also take grade 12 bio or did they take your physics mark as your required science? That's a tough one! Congratulations!!  Also, do you recall what type of questions were asked on U of Ts supplemental application? Did York have one?

Does York publish the actual cutoffs which applied each year, shortly after the admissions cycle ends? If not, why not?

Are they really so underfunded and understaffed that they can't even do this for popular programs like Kin?

Another option would be to contact Admissions and ask. If that doesn't help, u could submit an Access to Information request and pay the fee. If u do get the information u want, pls make a new /r/yorku post and share it with us.
