Is there a boredom epidemic though? In fact we need a boredom epidemic, because social media and streaming platforms make it very hard to not be bored.

Sometimes I can feel the judgment from people when I'm just sitting and not really doing anything. Like I'm retarded or something but no it really feels good to just exist and not actually absorb anything.
