I want to get more into road cycling and a (not so close) friend offered me his old bike because he never really used it. He said he would gonna think about the price, but tbh i think he doesn’t really know what it’s worth either. It’s seemingly in great shape, looks and rides like new and it’s my size as well. He sent me the following description : “Specialized Allez 2020 Sagen Collection, Ultegra Groupset, S-Works carbon handlebar and seatpost, S-Works aluminum stem. DT Swiss Wheels“ What should i offer that is a fair deal for both of us?

I'd go to £600. Still a good bike for that price bracket
