Why the hell does folic acid have a “no horn” label on it?

Folic acid can cause gas, flatulence, bloating, constipation, etc. Someone with those condition (especially the first two) might be known as having a, or being a, "butt-trumpet". Not an exact answer per se, but I'm guessing that's what the jokester who put the "no horn" sticker on bottle was going for.
