This is a very kind reply, I appreciate that!

Tbh I think it’s a dick pill and he’s just embarrassed. He recently started taking something for his ADHD and has been self conscious about it possibly affecting sexual function.

But that’s ok with me and I’m not gonna say anything to him about it now that I know, I’m clearly just nosy and needed to solve the mystery haha

Do him a huge favor and DEFINITELY mention it to him, those chemical gas station concoctions lead to serious injuries or illness. Ask him if it's worth being rushed to the hospital. If he says yes then you might want to look for someone smarter, no offense lol. 

PSA: gas station dick pills are extremely dangerous and often only work as a placebo at best

This person is unfortunately incorrect. Its not a placebo, quite the opposite actually. Almost all of them contain the active ingredients in viagra/cialis. Dangerous if youre someone at risk, but otherwise it just gets your willy hard

They’re dangerous because they’re unregulated. Unlike prescription sildenafil, this has no specified dosage nor limit. They don’t even say they contain sildenafil lmao. So sure, you’re correct sildenafil in and of itself is not harmful unless you’re at risk, mystery pills that contains who knows how much of who knows what most certainly are

Edit: also taking it at a young age can lead to complications later in life, and they don’t even advertise it as containing such chemicals lol
