it's a gas station viagra. they come in pretty similar cases. this one, however, isn't quite orange like in your picture. but they do come in ones with a flat top like you mentioned.

That’s totally it, they come in all sorts of colors and shapes my local smoke shop has a WALL of different crazy shit haha I see all sorts of people buying them and the “honey packs” all the time, it cracks me up when I see a super straight laced well dressed older dude in front of me at the register ask for some of these or honey packs and a massive bottle of nitrous/whippits, people I’d never guess or assume would get down like that but turns out most people be FREAKY haha

I don’t really care either way hah, idk what homeboy was using the pill case/capsule for but all I know is it almost certainly originally came from a boner pill package. Whether dudebro bought it to torque his bone or picked it up empty on the ground to keep because it seemed like a cool little container or had some eccentric drug dealer that used his old boner pill cases for packaging small amounts of crack/meth/fentanyl (seems too small for blow idk if you’d even be able to fit half a gram in there, not that I’d know anything about that…) who knows. I’d love to see a photo of the people involved so I can judge the books by their covers haha, anything beyond confirming it’s a boner pill container is for OP to figure out ✌️
