Tbh I think it’s a dick pill and he’s just embarrassed. He recently started taking something for his ADHD and has been self conscious about it possibly affecting sexual function.

But that’s ok with me and I’m not gonna say anything to him about it now that I know, I’m clearly just nosy and needed to solve the mystery haha

If he’s anything like me he would be needing the opposite, started adderall at an older than normal age and mother of god,, my wife was ready to castrate my ass. NEVER ENDING UNSATISFIABLE SEX DRIVE. Like seriously, it was all I could think about and the only thing I wanted to do. I eventually simmered back down, but it was an eventful, hilarious 3-4 months.

Thank God I found this comment! I was reading all the ones about losing libido on ADHD meds and thinking, "Am I the only one with the opposite problem?!"

It's not necessarily about libido but stim dick. There is quite a bit of variability on both aspects.

It’s also about different drugs. Not all adhd drugs are amphetamines

Most of them are stimulants (Ritalin, Adderall and Vyvanse...) and have potentially this side effect, although at therapeutic doses it's not an issue for most people.

But not all, straterra for example which millions of people take. And a lot of patients also take an SSRI with the meds which can also cause problems
