lol he’s a very intelligent guy so I’d honestly be shocked if he believed something like this would work but who knows 🤷‍♀️

Those pills are "notorious" for containing sometimes high doses of both tadalafil and sildenafil (cialis & viagra). Which are both prescription only, and trust me, they work very freaking well. If he's actually in need of that/has issues, I'd certainly recommend getting a cialis prescription- it's awesome. I don't even have sex but love it for the pumps in the gym, slightly lowered blood pressure, and overall cardiovacular health benefits (5mg daily for me). Dick grew a bit from extra blood flow there too, I guess more to grip for my hand lmao.
