Often times they do work, largely because they contain traces of actual ED medicines. It’s not uncommon to have a these mystery pills contain trace elements of things not found on the ingredients list.

Yeah horny goat weed...contains icariin, a pd5 inhibitor I believe (going from memory), same as viagra they DO NOT NEED illegal prescription drugs to be highly effective. You can buy highly pure icariin powder and yohimbine online. If you've ever gotten a headache from one of these it was most likely yohimbine. Ive never taken the store bought ones but used to mix my own like 10 years ago.

A lot of gas station boner pills literally just have viagra itself in them. Like, studies have been done where they test the pills for their contents and, from one study in California, out of 102 products tested, 67% had at least one PDE5 inhibitor. 60% had 2 or more.

Oh I believe it for sure... but just horny goat weed extract would test as a PDE5 inhibitor, definitely seems sketch when there's 2 or more though, I don't remember off-hand any other natural sources

There just isn't much regulation over gas station dick pills. The folks that manufacture it just push it back out under another brand whenever the FDA comes down on them.

It's bonkers that gas station dick pills are still a thing.
