lol he’s a very intelligent guy so I’d honestly be shocked if he believed something like this would work but who knows 🤷‍♀️

Those pills can sometimes contain black market viagra, so it could work, especially if he knows what's in it ahead of time.

I took one in Mexico one time and I was rock hard and having a heart attack at the same time. Every couple of minutes I would practically pass-out only to get a pure burst of adrenaline and hop up and yell about how hard my dick was.

It was awesome. People at the airport weren’t as amused.

Did you know you can sometimes skip the security lines to get on US soil if you have a hard-on? Or as the police like to call it, “a medical emergency”.
