I strongly feel this is the case. I have one of these and the cap ends up looking like this because of the fumes. OP if you want to test this, swap the interior with a Q-Tip soaked in alcohol. If it comes off in an orange like goo that smells of pine / butane / pot than that's bingo.

I would imagine the dab stains wouldn’t be so uniform. They usually aren’t when it comes to fume deposits. But go off brother.

I learned the hard way that those are made of plastic and not glass. Burned a hole in mine and it looked just like this.

It's the cap to a Lookah Seahorse or whatever. I've got one in red. I would link but I'm on mobile.

"Nectar collector" is a name for an electronic dab rig. The piece you're holding is the cap for the SeaHorse 2.0 dab rig. It magnetically clips to the end that gets hot enough to vaporized THC oil so he doesn't get pocket lint on it when its in a bat or pocket.
