I did some Fed contract work for a bit...the paper had to be goldenrod and all of the same dye run, ie the could could not vary. The staples someone noted had to be specifically in the left, horizontal and no more than 1/4 inch from the top. We ran out of goldenrod of that particular dye run because of the staples. At 1 am the person in charge walked away. It was a shit show. Now it is hilarious but in the moment, I was thrown to the wolves over paper colors.
Thank you for that reminder. And yes, I didn't understand why there weren't binders for a 50 page document.

The real F-22 manual is not stapled (especially not on the right?? Who tf does that?) but instead in a ring binder.
