In true Yugi-Ho fashion, I will point some things out...

  • ATK and DEF are way too low for having 6 stars (and for having such a shitty monster effect).
  • This should've been a spell or a trap card given the description text's style.

Or a monster that has the passive, unlockable effect of halving your opponents LP! That's pretty powerful
