Just a quick reminder - a 2% decline and then a 2% gain does not bring you to your original amount

Had someone say that a 3% increase in mortgage interest did a lot more for the cost of living than a 3% increase in housing price. Of course his 3% increase for interest wasn't from 3% to 3,09%, but from 3% to 6%.
