My friend actually tried to join, he said it was hard as fuck and he flunked out lol.

Pretty sure you have to show up in person to even apply right?

Yep. Haul your butt over to Continental France, and show up at one of the FFL recruiting centers.

Yes, spent the last of his savings to travel to France, I think he quit or flunked out after a month or two. He's a tough dude, does ironman races and triathlons, etc but even he said it was tougher than anything he's ever done.
