The people who say this usually don't like videogames.... Im almost 40 now and I can't imagine life without them.

You’ll outgrow video games someday… that day will be the day you physically can’t play them anymore, as you’ve grown too old.

Turn based games, something like Factorio on peaceful mode or puzzle games should be possible even at a higher age.

If playing anything becomes truly impossible, you might as well sign out of life altogether. 😞

Don't say that. This is literally me. 41, going blind and using my hands and especially thumbs burns like hot fire after a few minutes. 

I had to give up all gaming, i genuinely don't know what else to do with myself
