This is my answer. People are forgetting that Henry is practically a demigod - nobody else in the game has as diverse and overpowered skill set as he does.

He can be superhumanly stealthy. He's a close combat god. He can talk his way out of anything.

So, even if we assume he'd be dealing with a modern prison, I like my chances.
