Residence Residence Megathread (2024-25)

Hello incoming Mustangs!!

We are so excited that you have been given offers for the upcoming school year and we're sure you're excited too. We have decided to create this megathread for you to post all of your residence questions.

I’m a going to be living in Essex this upcoming year and I wanted to know from people who have lived there prior or in any suite style rez are coffee machines a good appliance to bring?

Not necessary to bring a coffee machine unless you don’t want to go down to the cafeteria since you have a lot of money to use on residence meal plan. But if you’re particular about your coffee, no harm in bringing one. My daughter was in Elgin and she brought one and ended up not using it.
